We accept returns only on unopened items within 7 days of purchase. Please email support@CaniSun.comwith your order number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
CaniSun.comoffers two shipping options: 2 Business Days and Standard Shipping. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. All shipments are sent fully insured.
Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the 50 United States and US Territories (Puerto Rico and Guam). We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, or Internationally.
